If this is too complicated for you, don’t worry! We will do this for you FREE of charge. You will have to provide the details of how we can log into your domain name control panel; this is given to you when you purchased your domain name.
Q: How can I pay for my service? A: You can pay online, by telephone or by post. We accept the following Debit and Credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch (Maestro) and Solo. We also accept cheques or postal order payments, but obviously we have to wait for these to clear before we can provide you with your products or services.

A: Abstract refusals are not considered, specific reasons need to be given for a revision/redraws. Most revisions/redraws are handled on a case by case basis. We will make your requested changes whenever you like, but we will require you to be specific about your changes.

Q: Which color format are my logos provided in? A: We normally provide logos in CMYK. Other color formats are available on request.
Q: What are CMYK colors? A: CMYK colors are used for off-set printing. Prints include standard colored flyers etc.
Q: What if I require my logos in RGB colors? A: CMYK colors can be converted to RGB color. However, keep in mind that in printing RGB colors are not accurate. They are best used for monitors.
